When we travel I often do a web search for places to see. A search for "Things to Do in Jefferson City Missouri" brings up that the #1 thing to see is the Missouri State Capital. This is for its architectural significance as well as the Missouri History museum.

This was an interesting exhibit of a large 1/48th scale model of the Battleship Missouri. It was created to study the effects of antenna interference with portions of the ships superstructure and gunnery. It is all brass construction. The exhibit covered the ship model, the history of the actual battleship and the rather extensive antenna testing environment. |

This was my favorite exhibit. It is a pedal powered three wheeler built in 1868. The craftmnship is exquisite! |
