One of the fun things about going to the National Narrow Gauge Convention is going on tour to see home layouts. This particular home layout is 1/20.3 full size. This is a large scale normally placed outside in the garden. It is unusual to see this scale in a basement layout. The ability to super detail at this size is amazing.

| Items on historical significance were on display in the family room outside the layout |
| A preview of the layout is found in the family room |

| Tree houses |
| Shoe shine boy taking a break |
| The brick is embossed printed paper - what a neat technique |
| I liked his use of space for storage |
| Nice blending of the backdrop just behind the fence |
| Buildings ready to install |
| Small locomotive known as a 'Critter" ready to go |
| You find your models wherever you can |
| This was quite the model railroad to see! |
Beautiful modeling, I like the old broken down car.
