We visited the Air Force Academy outside of Colorado Springs with my Sister and Brother in Law. Arrived early in the day and had a chance to explore the Visitor Center and the Chapel. There is a very nice trail that connects the two and offers great views.

There is a portion of the grounds that have Bronze castings of WWII aircraft. Very striking examples make for good photography. |

Well worth the time to stop and visit, but go soon as the chapel is being closed in the fall of 2018 for several years of renovations. |
Great pictures! That chapel is stunning, I wonder what renovations they plan to do? It's nice to see Carol and John.
