We enjoy attending the Denver Train Show in the Spring of every year. This is a huge model train show covering 11 acres and has something for everyone to enjoy. All scales are represented, lots of suppliers are there showing their latest offerings, children are found in large numbers and some great deals are to be found at the swap tables.
There are some fellows from Dodge City, KS that do a fine job of modelling their On30 railroads. We always enjoy seeing their work.
There are folks who do very nice model railroading using LEGO blocks
The Rocky Mountain Sunrise Division had their layout there.
The Garden Railroad folks had multiple displays on hand
These folks had a room sized layout running beautifully
The live steam guys had all gauges of track available on their layout so you can run about any scale live steamer made.
What follows was one of the more interesting model railroads on display. The builder used differing depths of individual modules that intersected back to back on two sides of the layout. This was an English tram railway and almost everything is scratch built.

A well done Timesaver switching contest was on display. It is nice to see the competition that comes from watching folks try out the switching layouts and trying to do the work the fastest or in the least number of moves.
The super sized Thomas the Train ride was a hit with all ages
These fellows added a Waterfront Scene to their modules
3D Printing was alive and well with this supplier printing buildings in various scales and selling them as they came off the 3D printer.
This show continues to get better every year. Don't miss if you are in the area.
Dad, this is amazing. This had to be one of the best shows! Wow! I personally loved the lego sets. i bet two grandsons would have too!
