Beignets in the French Quarter

A trip to New Orleans requires a trip to the French Quarter for breakfast at Cafe Du Mode of Beignets covered with powdered sugar and a cup of chicory coffee. We rode a series of street cars to get there and found it was worth the trip.

There is a regular assembly line for the wait staff to get their orders ready to serve

The police department uses smart cars to get around the French Quarter. I suspct their compact size and ease of parking works well in the tight streets
