Frank Lloyd Wright Park Inn Hotel in Mason City Iowa

The last remaining hotel designed by Frank Lloyd Wight is found in Mason City, Iowa. It was restored and reopened for business in 2011. 

The restaurant has gained a reputation for good food and, based on the breakfast we had, it is well deserved.

















The nearby Architectural Interpretation Center has very detailed models of Wright designed/inspired buildings including the Park Inn Hotel. These detailed models show the many architectural features of the building. 





We stayed in the room with the two windows overlooking the decorative ceiling in the light well.
