Denver Train Show 2022

The Denver Train Show moved to its new venue for 2022 as the previous location, the Denver Mart, has been torn down. Based on the numbers of people and tight parking I'd say the pent up demand for model railroading was alive and well. The new venue is the National Western Complex in downtown Denver, Colorado and was quite nice.

I thought this modeler did as especially good job making his road look realistic. I'm also wondering how access to the grain elevator is arranged with the access road removed and barricades up?

This is a scene you seldom see modeled

A very highly detailed N scale layout

Lots of detail

This layout is of European prototypes and is very well done

The HOn3 Near Sighted narrow gaugers brought their modules

Nice model of a typical narrow gauge station

This mechanism allows trains to enter and then the entire panel rotates 180 degrees to change direction

Great visual explanation of the scale size differences between HO,HOn3 and N scale

Great deal of detailing of this mine scene of a HOn3 layout

This layout included lighting for the forge

This narrow gauge HOn3 layout did a nice job of modeling charcoal ovens

These T-Trak modules incorporated fireworks displays and a parade

T-Trak module winter display

This gentleman ran the John Allen Timesaver switching layout to the delight of children
