It seems we ended up on an inadvertent tour of State Capitals. In the past we had visited the impressive state Capitals in Missouri and Iowa and decided that since we were in Minnesota we needed to see theirs. It did not disappoint.

This was truly fantastic architecture in a majestically located building
That was a fun day, wasn't it? I think my favorite part of this capitol are the grounds around it. Built on a hill so you can see it for miles and miles. We'll have to do the history museum next time.
