We read that there is a chance to stop in and see railroad steam engine #765 when it is at the Fort Wayne (Indiana) Railroad Historic Society maintenance facility between rail fan trips. We were lucky to find it was in for service for one day between trips.
This is a Berkshire 2-8-4 locomotive that had a major overhaul in 2005. It is a beautiful locomotive.
