Muskegon, Michigan built several submarines in their shipyards in WWII so it was no surprise to find they have a submarine on display as well as a nicely done submarine museum.
Additionally they have a retired Coast Guard cutter on display for tours.

This is one of only a few remaining hedgehog launchers on display. These projectiles were shot ahead of a surface ship and only exploded upon contact with the hunted submarine. They were considerably more efficient that depth charges. |

We were trying to figure out what the different flags were painted on the ship (under "sunk"), aren't those both Japanese flags?
