Ridgeway Railroad Museum

The small town of Ridgeway Colorado has a narrow gauge railroad museum. We stopped in to show the grand children a bit of Colorado history.










Sean with a re-creation of the first "Motor" created by the Rio Grande Southern railroad as a cost saving measure. This proved the concept and led to a total of 7 "Motors" being manufactured, however they are better known individually as a "Galloping Goose" or collectively as "Galloping Geese"
